Ward’s CabinWatch offers their services to exceed your expectations and their own. We assure you that we will treat and protect your property, just as our own, for less than the price of a dinner for 2 at your favorite restaurant each month.
CabinWatch Total Care Service includes:
- Weekly property integrity inspection which includes
- Walk around outside of your structure to check for:
- Storm damage, vandalism or signs of forced entry
- Roof, siding and window integrity
- Inside Inspection which checks for:
- Furnace function and constant/safe temperature regulation
- Any signs of water, dripping faucets, wet areas in the house, frozen pipes, etc.
- Reset timer lights after power outage or bulbs if burnt out
- Each weekly report will be signed by inspector and e-mailed or faxed to you for your review and filing.
- If any property damages or questionable items are found CabinWatch will not only contact you directly with their findings but will also call their network of professional contractors and vendors to remedy the situation quickly, per your authorization.
- Additional property visits will also be made after any major storm, free of additional charge.

- Cabin “warm-up or cool-down”
- Minimum 24 hour notice required
- Lights and heat/AC turned on prior to arrival
- Side walks and porch cleared (driveway plowing is responsibility of homeowner; discounted service can be scheduled through CabinWatch)
- Lockout or early arrival service
- Passcode needed to acquire key, for your protection
